A first visit at noon. We chose our table, and the service was quick and pleasant. Everything was perfect, even for a simple half dozen oysters. I tried the prawns and loved them with the little aioli sauce. A real treat with the renowned Picpoul white wine. Perfectly paired. I highly recommend it.

20/07/2026: An absolutely perfect experience! The setting is magnificent, with a view and ambiance that immediately invite relaxation. The dishes were simply exquisite, prepared with care and bursting with flavor. Each plate was a true delight. The staff is lovely, always smiling, and incredibly attentive from beginning to end. Special mention goes to the welcome extended to our dog: dogs are welcome, and the staff were incredibly kind to her. Between the exceptional quality of the food, the warm atmosphere, and this wonderful setting, La Paillote Del Mar is a must-visit. We will definitely be back!
18/07/2026: Coming from the southwest, I absolutely loved this place! The food was fantastic, the waiters and waitresses were excellent, attentive and very friendly. It's impossible not to stop and have a great time. Thank you to the whole team!
