We also stopped by this oyster restaurant, which used to be one of our favourites. Unfortunately, this time the service was very disappointing and much worse than we remembered.
On the positive side, we finally got to try sea urchins here, which weren’t available at the first place we visited. So there was definitely something good about the experience, but overall the poor service really affected it. For this visit, 3 stars.

We visited Leucate from Narbonne and found this place for lunch. We have never tasted seafood so good and so fresh. We had oysters, prawns and mussels. So beautiful. The staff are so friendly and you can see they love their work. If you’re near Leucate you have to come here.

A great place for fresh seafood. Nothing could be simpler.
The oysters are from the Arcachon Basin, while the other seafood comes mainly from other regions of France and Spain.
There's an indoor dining area and a few seats on the terrace overlooking the pond.
Friendly staff and very reasonable prices.
If you like simple seafood, this is the place to go.
If you prefer hot seafood or oysters with condiments/sauces, this isn't the place for you.
Most restaurants close at 7 or 8 pm.

Since 2021, I've been coming here six times a year and I'm always just as satisfied. Friendly service, fresh produce, and reasonable prices.
A must-visit on every trip I take to the region.
