A wonderful discovery! We chose the €49 menu and the experience lived up to expectations: the dishes were highly elaborate, colorful, and absolutely delicious. Each plate was meticulously crafted, both in terms of flavor and presentation. A true passion for gastronomy is evident. The service was excellent: professional, attentive, and warm without being intrusive. We were offered an amuse-bouche and a complimentary mini-dessert, which is always a lovely touch. A small detail that made all the difference: it was my birthday, and the staff thoughtfully wrote "Happy Birthday" in chocolate on my plate. A simple gesture that made the moment even more special. The only minor point for improvement is the facade. From the outside, the restaurant doesn't at all reflect the gastronomic quality you discover inside. It's a shame, because the experience deserves a more coherent presentation from the moment you arrive. A very nice place that I recommend without hesitation, both for the quality of the food and for the impeccable service.

A very enjoyable evening experience, full of culinary discoveries and creativity. The dishes were brimming with little surprises that awakened the taste buds. I commend the young lady's excellent service; she particularly excelled at wine recommendations. However, I would suggest using a little less salt in the dishes.

A full house is always encouraging. And that's confirmed by the food. Classic dishes, but revisited with beautiful flavors and presentation. The €49 set menu is unbeatable considering the quality of the food and service. The only drawbacks are a slightly impersonal dining room and an undersized parking lot. Nevertheless, certainly one of the best restaurants in the Cergy area.

We had lunch at this restaurant as a family to celebrate a birthday and we had a wonderful time. The food and service were excellent, a really great place with a fantastic selection of whiskies at the entrance too 😀

Invited to this restaurant, and having heard so many good things about it, I expected something beautiful and delicious. And what was it? Oh yes! Everything is of an excellent standard. Clean. Classy and polite service. Presentation of the dishes. Whisky bar (for aficionados). The smoked salmon might seem ordinary at first glance, but no: it's definitely not from the supermarket. The slow-cooked chuck roast is...divine. For a meat lover, it practically melts in your mouth. Even the lemon tart (and I'm not usually a dessert fan) is very good. Expect explosions of flavor in your mouth. The staff is well-trained and knows their craft. The chef (whom I spoke to) is very friendly and truly loves his work. Coming from a family of professional chefs, I know them well. And if the chef at Maupertu were a painter, I assure you that his dishes are his works of art. Well done to the team. The €49 set menu is perfect. They also offer an à la carte menu if you prefer. A place worth remembering.
