Incredible dishes, with authentic flavors that awakened the tastes and memories of our childhood… a true return to our roots and the flavors of yesteryear. 13/05/2026: A visit to the bistronomy restaurant for lunch. We discovered the "market fresh" menu. Simple ingredients prepared with excellence, and incredible sauces that perfectly complemented the produce. The service was top-notch, provided by a head waiter who knew his cuisine and wine cellar inside and out. As a bonus, the chef himself came to check on his guests. Very good. We'll definitely be back to explore the full gastronomic offerings.
