Quality/quantity/price ratio, nothing to say. Homemade cuisine made with generosity prepared by adorable owners. Very nice on the terrace on the edge of the Agout, cool in summer.

Passing through Castres yesterday, we attended the last service of these Ladies yesterday. I will keep very good memories of this typical restaurant, yes, with retro music, we love it! Classic cuisine with very good fresh produce. And top waitresses. I have been in the restaurant and catering business for 37 years, and if my waitresses (extra) who are 25 years old could be as professional as these people that would be perfect! So these people who leave a bad review know nothing about our business. Ladies, I congratulate you for having honored your profession and your establishment for 30 years despite the hard knocks. I don't wish you a good retirement (too young for that) but rather I wish you excellent happy holidays, you deserve them. Yours sincerely, “the Bitterois”

The starter was good. The main course too and we finished with a good tiramissu. But I find it very expensive for 44 euros. I ate better for less

Excellent restaurant in the heart of the historic center located in a former tanner's residence. Semi-gastro cuisine. Atmosphere that evening soft music from the 60s.

Bon restaurant qui se veut un peu gastro mais qui vous sert un bon foie gras maison avec du pain normal non grillé … Un prix surfait de 20 % qui peut se justifier par leur jolie terrasse sur la rivière mais sinon ….
