We just arrived in Villefranche and we came across Le Mekong while we were out walking. What a treasure! Our dinner was beyond delicious. Everything was very fresh and very well presented. The restaurant filled up very quickly but the waitresses were super efficient as they bustled about. We will definitely be back!

The food is exceptional...whether it's the steamed dishes, the Peking duck, or the satay shrimp, it's delicious, hearty, and excellent value! But the service ruins everything! It's fast, sure, but not a single smile; you almost feel like you're bothering them! Regulars should have priority, but here it's really blatant...what a shame!

It wasn't the pho I was expecting, but the staff are super friendly and it's clean. The pork ribs were delicious too. It gets that spicy kick if you add plenty of Sriracha.

A wonderful discovery at Le Mékong in Villefranche. A charming little restaurant, I recommend booking ahead as the dining room is quite small. This actually makes the service smoother and more pleasant. The dishes are generous and full of flavor; they truly transport you. A very good place to eat.

23/04/2026: Good, generous portion. Attentive service. On a terrace, but facing the sea.
16/04/2026: Sea view restaurant, excellent value for money. There were four of us: we had a wonderful meal. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious dishes: homemade lasagna, fresh whole sea bream, Black Angus flank steak, and the must-try sirloin steak with shallot confit. We finished with the incredible pavlova 🤩 Perfect welcome and service, go without hesitation!
