The perfect evening. High-level Jazz, Pierre Bertrand and Caja Negra led by incredibly creative drums from Yoann Serra (I didn't think drums could influence the playing of a band so much!) all this in a very welcoming atmosphere and place, we even took the opportunity to have a light dinner, a faultless one, one of those evenings that stay. Many thanks !

Live and lively jazz spot in Villefranche ! Indoor/outdoor, neatly tucked between a medieval citadel and the “Port Royal de la Darse”, excellent 🙌🏻!

What a great place to have a casual dinner and see a show. The owner is welcoming and helpful to English speakers, the room is very comfortable, and the food is good and reasonably priced. The musicians and singer that night (Cathy et Pierre Palvair) were fabulous. If there had been another show scheduled that we were interested in, we would have returned again during our vacation.

A jazz club with simple but good cuisine. When the live music starts you must have finished eating. Very right!

05/04/2024: This family-owned restaurant was perfect! We enjoyed Prosecco, freshly caught fish à la plancha (on the grill), fish soup (that was the recipe of the owner’s grandmother!), and delicious soufflé! The owner was very welcoming and explained how his grandmother started the restaurant in 1938. We loved our meal here! Highly recommend!!
04/04/2024: despite some opinions that bear little relation to reality, the classic cuisine is perfectly executed, magnificent fish soup, perfectly cooked sole meunière and the traditional service is very present so it remains the value in Villefranche, in addition to the grilled fish (exceptional sole ) the new top lobster menu
