Finally, a restaurant that serves hot food! So rare, even among so-called "fine dining" establishments. A delight of flavors, fresh vegetables, and slow-cooked meats. Seats around 20, bistro atmosphere. Excellent.

We had four courses for lunch and it was delicious!! It's rare to find a restaurant where you can eat fresh, balanced, and varied food! The portions of starches, vegetables, fish, and meat were just right, and everything was so flavorful! I highly recommend Melting Pot!

We had a wonderful time at Melting Pot in Cherbourg, which turned out to be a delightful surprise. This is a no-frills place where you immediately feel at ease. The service is simple and genuinely pleasant. As for the food, it's anything but boring: the cuisine is both surprising and delicious, with some truly delightful culinary discoveries. The service is very pleasant, professional, and friendly without being stuffy. As for the food, it's simply perfect. Everything is delicious from start to finish. What's more, the menu changes regularly depending on the day's catch and the chef's inspiration. The dishes are refined, the flavors always surprising and original. Head straight to Pily; they'll make you fall in love with seafood for sure. As a bonus, the cocktails are also delicious and incredibly original. A place you can go to without hesitation to be guaranteed a fantastic meal!
