An experience to be had at least once. Everything is incredible. Bravo.

A truly wonderful experience at Le Pily. The tasting menu is refined, creative, and perfectly executed, featuring high-quality seafood and perfectly balanced flavor combinations. Special mention goes to the meal's perfect balance: despite the number of courses, the tasting menu leaves you feeling lighthearted, which is particularly appreciated. The attentive and professional service further enhances the enjoyment of the experience. A gastronomic destination I wholeheartedly recommend when visiting Cherbourg.

A very nice, well-located restaurant. The reservation system is complicated by Zen Chef. The menu is a surprise, meaning you don't remember what you ate. The service is impeccable, quick, and efficient. The portions are tiny, leaving you wondering if you're still hungry afterward. The wines are original, if not particularly good. In short, an experience worth having, but one that left me wanting more.

A magnificent culinary and wine experience! The tastefully decorated setting offers breathtaking views of the harbor. The cuisine is exquisitely refined, indulgent, seasonal, and locally sourced. A true delight! The wine selection is remarkable. Natural, biodynamic, and organic wines are given pride of place, much to the delight of those who appreciate respect for the land and biodiversity. All of this is enhanced by attentive, warm, and meticulous service. Thank you to the entire team for your work, and see you soon!

Excellent restaurant. The dishes are exquisite and the fish prepared to perfection. One drawback: we opted for the wine pairing option. Two of the three wines served by the sommelier were truly awful. It would be better to stick to pleasant classics rather than extravagances that only impress with their mediocrity (like "vinified" beer or sour rosé).

A Michelin-starred restaurant that truly deserves it. From start to finish, mastery is evident; if not near perfection, then it's practically within reach. All our senses are awakened: our eyes first, thanks to the refined yet cozy atmosphere; our hearts, thanks to the kindness and attentiveness of the staff; and finally, our taste buds, which are highlighted from beginning to end. The front-of-house team is so elegant and efficient. As for the dishes, they are the epitome of culinary pleasure, thanks to the quality ingredients and the artistry displayed by the chef and his team, enhanced by the sommeliers and overseen by your highly professional maître d'hôtel.
