Superb location, small portions even for a fine dining establishment, but tasty. However, a bad experience with an unfriendly waiter who, moreover, refused to acknowledge the billing error: two complete wine pairing menus, one of which was alcohol-free, were charged at the same price, contrary to the prices listed on the menu. Check your bills!

For discerning food lovers like us, the "Pily" experience was breathtaking and exhilarating. The freshness and perfect balance of textures were simply stunning. Each dish was a work of art. The wines, whether original or wonderfully complex, were always a perfect complement to the food.
The staff was attentive, quick, and efficient.
In short, THANK YOU to the entire team. A perfect 10/10 is well deserved.

An absolutely incredible gastronomic experience from start to finish. The cuisine is refined, creative, and remarkably precise, beautifully showcasing impeccably fresh ingredients.
The flavor combinations are perfectly executed, and the presentation is stunning. The service is equally impeccable: attentive, professional, and warm without being intrusive. An exceptional address in Cherbourg for lovers of fine dining—you can go without hesitation!

An excellent restaurant. Cuisine that deserves far more than one star!

The setting is as pleasant as ever, and the service remains efficient and friendly.
The menu is delicious and well-presented. A touch more generous portion size would have been welcome, but overall, it was a very enjoyable experience.

We came for dinner with our vegetarian children and chose the Janne menu with wine pairings. The chef brilliantly rose to the challenge of creating two vegetarian and two classic versions of the Janne menu for our table, all while preserving the harmony and spirit of the original menu. Once again, it was a true sensory journey.
First, the eyes are filled with wonder, then the aromas awaken the senses, before the flavors elevate the palate… to pure ecstasy.
Thank you to the entire Pily team for this wonderful experience, for your creativity, your delicacy, and your incredible ability to surprise us with every bite. An experience that is always refined, generous, and exceptional!
