05/02/2026: Lunch today at the Fleur de Sel restaurant in Crépy-en-Valois… and what a wonderful discovery! From the very first minutes, the charm takes hold. Nestled in magnificent 14th-century vaulted cellars, the setting is absolutely exceptional. The exposed stone walls, the spacious rooms, the hushed atmosphere… everything invites you to slow down and savor the moment. A truly timeless experience. As for the cuisine, the promise is kept: high-quality, generous dishes, perfectly executed and showcasing beautiful ingredients. You can feel the care taken with every detail, both on the plate and in the presentation. And what can I say about the welcome… A particularly friendly, attentive, and warm team, who fully contribute to the experience and make you want to return. A gem of a place that I recommend without hesitation.
