Restaurant bien situé au cœur de la ville médiévale de Carcassonne, endroit et carte attrayants, par contre avons été un peu déçu par notre plat, le confit de canard, pas assez cuit, servi avec des frites, on aurait aimé une garniture plus régionale , p d t. sarlandaises par ex.Dommage , un regret...Service simple sans plus.

Bei unserem Besuch der Burg von Carcassonne saßen wir hier in diesem Restaurant, das in der Cite liegt. Wir hatten Muscheln mit Weißweins mit Pommes und Brot, was ganz gut war. Dazu gab es Wasser. Das Personal war freundlich und das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis für einen Touristenort eigentlich in Ordnung. Man sitzt ganz nett in einer Gasse mit Blick auf den Eingang der alten Burg in der Ferne.

03/04/2025: A very good hotel-restaurant at the foot of the citadel. Beautiful, clean and well-equipped rooms, free private parking and a very good restaurant with good local and other dishes. This establishment has an excellent quality/price/location ratio and very welcoming staff. Finally, the hotel is in a very quiet area.
