Huge bar diner in the middle of Troyes - very popular with the locals. We stopped for drinks after visiting the nearby church, very good value as it was “happy hour” - sat and watched the world go by for a bit. It was quiet when we were there, but this place gets very busy in the evenings.

Fantastic day yesterday! Our little waitress Célina was lovely. It wasn't our first time there, but certainly not our last. A truly wonderful day! We'll definitely be back for brunch in September.

A very warm welcome for a pleasant break with a refreshing drink and a side dish. The staff are attentive and understanding, and there was very little wait despite a busy period. I recommend it.

10/05/2026: Our stay at La Maison de Rhodes was an enchanting interlude in the heart of Troyes during a sporting weekend getaway. Nestled in a former Templar residence, this 5-star hotel elegantly blends the authenticity of its timber framing with contemporary refinement. Our spacious room, with its exceptional bedding and generously sized bathroom, guaranteed excellent comfort. The intimate, heated outdoor pool area was a haven of relaxation for a sunny afternoon. Dinner and breakfast, prepared with local products, delighted our palates. Finally, the warm welcome and helpful advice of the staff, who even took care of our reservation at a local restaurant, truly charmed us. An exceptional address, where history and hospitality come together perfectly. We will definitely return.
