Important note: book in advance! This place is adorable and welcoming. We ate in a very cozy little alcove. We enjoyed the dessert buffet with its delicious cakes. The dishes are beautifully presented, and there's a wide selection of savory options. We were delighted to discover this place; we had a wonderful time and highly recommend it.

Hello, My partner and I came to enjoy a pint of beer at a very reasonable price and of good quality. I would especially like to highlight the very professional and friendly manner of the two servers. The brunch looks very nice, although the plates are quite small and the selection limited.

We had brunch; there was a lot of choice, both savory and sweet. The chocolate fondant with cream on top was delicious! The decor is unique, and we received a very warm welcome. The only downside was that at 12:30 pm, when we arrived, there weren't many cheeses left, and some of the desserts were already quite empty, but we still had a wide selection.

A lovely, well-decorated place with a very warm welcome. I enjoyed three brunches there a while ago, hosted by the superb Estrella Gold, and I loved it. I also had a few coffees on the terrace, which were also very pleasant.

10/05/2026: Our stay at La Maison de Rhodes was an enchanting interlude in the heart of Troyes during a sporting weekend getaway. Nestled in a former Templar residence, this 5-star hotel elegantly blends the authenticity of its timber framing with contemporary refinement. Our spacious room, with its exceptional bedding and generously sized bathroom, guaranteed excellent comfort. The intimate, heated outdoor pool area was a haven of relaxation for a sunny afternoon. Dinner and breakfast, prepared with local products, delighted our palates. Finally, the warm welcome and helpful advice of the staff, who even took care of our reservation at a local restaurant, truly charmed us. An exceptional address, where history and hospitality come together perfectly. We will definitely return.
15/02/2026: We had a wonderful Valentine's Day stay at Maison de Rhodes. The staff were very welcoming and attentive, the rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, and the restaurant was intimate with quick and attentive service (we even had the opportunity to chat with the chef who came to make sure everything was going well and share a few secrets with us). A stay at the hotel that made us feel right at home!
