Le Minos sur Aigues-Mortes

We had mussels and fries and two beers. The service during the meal was very good, however, when it came time to pay, the person behind the cash register didn't even look at us or say a word, which I found unfortunate. In terms of the quality of the dish, we were quite disappointed with the cooking of the mussels. They were rubbery, and I think they had been cooked several times. Be careful.

Restaurant in the heart of a square. When I chose this restaurant, I relied on Google reviews. I think we were in the wrong place. The welcome was very warm. We decided to dine outside on the covered terrace. We had an aperitif: a rum liqueur and a Spritz. Perfect for the first drink, however, the Spritz glass had more ice cubes than drink. There wasn't enough to nibble on. We chose two menus for 30 euros. For my part, I had chosen a seafood platter. Beautifully presented on a wooden boat. Okay, let's just say it's very difficult to manage, but it's clear that the ingredients weren't fresh, because I spat out two whelks and a raw mussel whose taste was "off." For the main course: sea bass served with absolutely disgusting rice. I don't know how it was cooked, but I only took one bite and spit it out immediately. The server was kind enough to offer me fries as a substitute. As for the fish, I found it overcooked, while my friend found her sea bream undercooked. Luckily, she had chosen fries as a side. Nothing to complain about for dessert. Given the number of people in the room, I deduce that we had a bad experience that day. Too bad.

We have come for dinner several times and have never been disappointed. We are very welcome and have good value for money.

Very good restaurant, I thought it was going to be a tourist trap, but no, very good quality mussels from Bouzigues, rare to eat such good ones. Fast service, nothing to say.
