We were visiting Aigues Mortes and ate very well at Le Minos. We had two menus with gratinated mussels and oysters as a starter, a monkfish tail and a dry one as a main course and two summer fusions for dessert. All the dishes were really delicious. The meal was plentiful. Pleasant servers and excellent advice. The only downside is that it was a little slow. We spent two hours in the restaurant even though we were hoping to have more time for our visits. If we had to do it again, we would have only had one dish and not from the menus.

Very friendly place, authentic Camargue cuisine. We were served by Gianni who is a very smiling, very pleasant and really kind young waiter. This job is very difficult because the people are terrible but this young person really deserves to be congratulated.
We need people like him!!
So good food, pleasant welcome and attentive service = very good evening with girls
