Fantastic discovery... a very welcoming establishment with regional cuisine and beautifully prepared, high-quality dishes in sauce. The Montaud salad, with its melt-in-your-mouth duck breast and gizzards, and its delicious foie gras, is a standout. And what can I say about the Plan B? The meat melts in your mouth... Go there, but call ahead, Le Moderne is always packed.

We stopped by about ten days ago! Excellent local cuisine, and top-notch service thanks to the friendliness of the waiters and waitresses! A restaurant not to be missed! A wonderful time spent among the English 😉. Well done and thank you!

14/02/2026: Everything was perfect, we have absolutely no complaints. The staff and service were outstanding, the food was incredibly high quality, and the wait was very short considering the quality of the food served. Thank you for this wonderful evening, we will be back!
