Very happy to have made a detour to discover the town of Villeréal and its place at the market halls with this brewery “le Moderne” which, it seems, has its own farm which produces its own beef. The welcome is warm, the dishes are tasty and very well presented. The staff is very efficient. Very good table.

Excellent quality price, very well received, very good, all homemade.
We arrived around 12:30 p.m. without a reservation with a lot of people on the terrace, the waiter took the time to seat us and serve us.
Restaurant very well located in front of the market halls.
Also in parentheses I recommend the rice pudding with its salted butter caramel.
On our next visit to Villereal we will definitely come back to eat in this restaurant.

Very good restaurant, affordable menu, pleasant service, local atmosphere with a view overlooking the Place des Halles.
I particularly recommend the Gascon Burger accompanied by Roquefort sauce, a pure delight.
Go there without hesitation Le Moderne is a sure bet, we always have a good time there!

Nous avons bien mangé , menu entrée plat dessert ! Prix abordable, bémol table réservé à 13h30 installer vers 13h40/55 en plein soleil , le serveur très agréable pour le début du repas la suite à était repris par 2 serveuses beaucoup moins aimable et moins souriante !

Deze week twee keer geweest. Eerlijk eten wat je van een bistro verwacht. Heerlijk vlees, entrecote met aardappeltjes en sla. Ook de gamba’s met rijst waren zeer lekker
