A wonderful experience. Beautiful Savoyard decor, delicious raclette, and excellent service. They even provided a bowl of water and a small treat for the dog. Absolutely top-notch.

The traditional raclette is worth the trip. The service was a little slow and disorganized (it's the beginning of the season, and the restaurant was full).

I had a wonderful time at this Savoyard restaurant! The Savoyard fondue is absolutely delicious: creamy, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. A special mention goes to the halal charcuterie, a real bonus that allows you to fully enjoy Savoyard tradition. The service is also outstanding: Richy, at lunchtime, is incredibly kind and immediately puts you at ease. In the evening, Louic is just as warm, attentive, and smiling. And let's not forget Wayenne, whose service is impeccable, quick, and very professional. It's a place I wholeheartedly recommend for a friendly and authentic meal. I'll definitely be back! In fact, it's the only restaurant I visited three times during my week in Chamonix.

Typical Savoyard cuisine place. We had a Savoyard menu, where we first ate an onion soup and a ham log. The soup was exquisite. For our second course we had a fondue, although the dish was good, perhaps we were missing something more than bread to accompany it (although the menu specified exactly that it only came with bread), perhaps some potatoes would have helped to improve the dish. For our last course we had a chocolate mousse and some meringues which were also very correct. We went with very high expectations, and the menu did not quite meet them, although we left satisfied. It was quite possibly not the best choice for us, since the raclette for example looked very good, as did the meats or some other dish we saw. However, it is a place that I recommend, both for the food, which was very correct; and for the good treatment, impeccable and very attentive service; as for the atmosphere, very welcoming.

Second visit this week. Nice place… tourist trap… the raclette machine is unusable, the potatoes are terrible, but the cheese is okay. I recommend going to La Calèche, one street behind, better, friendlier, and better value for money.

The food was quite good, but the service was really lacking. The staff were rushed, didn't even know how to say thank you, and brought us the bill without us even asking. The wine selection by the glass was extremely limited, pushing you to order a bottle. The quality has really gone downhill, which is a shame.

We received a very warm welcome and excellent service. We ordered the "pierre" (stone dish), which was very generous.
