Succulent!! Whether you're hungry or not, go for it! For €20 per person, today: an excellent red bean soup: a little spicy, very fragrant, perfect broth and soft beans. An Armenian recipe. Ramen pork: grilled, fragrant, very tasty broth, and perfectly cooked vegetables (well cooked, like leeks, firm like carrots, fried eggplant is a little joy...) And for dessert, a banana and coconut puff pastry that melted by itself in your mouth: not too sweet, tasty, light. All topped off with a wine from the Hautes Corbières (estagel) whose price was absolutely right. The owners (waiter and cook) explain their dishes to you, Mrs. the cook returns from her market with her arms full of aromatic herbs... We can't wait to come back
