Le Mont-Blanc sur Chalon-Sur-Saone

Warm welcome. Lunch was just like home. A well-chosen Burgundy wine.

I'm used to eating in gourmet restaurants. The Mont Blanc restaurant is superb. The meal was delicious, and the service was top-notch. Good, home-style cooking. I recommend this restaurant.

We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. We were a group of 18, and everyone agreed. From the appetizer to the dessert, everything was excellent. A huge thank you for the eggs meurette—they were divine! The chicken with crayfish and the pavlova were also very good. The owners were also incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. As a couscous lover, I ordered two to go about two weeks ago. Frankly, for €40, I was surprised when I opened the bag! There were very few vegetables and very little juice; I don't know if the vendor mixed up with another customer. If not, it's truly outrageous! For €10 per person, the couscous from Moret caterers in Chatenoy is much more generous… I should have gone back to complain in person. I had excellent memories of this establishment when Paulette was running it. I will, however, try again and hopefully prove her wrong.
