A restaurant that deserves the rating I have just given. Traditional cuisine without fuss but very very good. The boss, Hervé, cooks everything himself. The three times I came delighted me. You will have a great time.

Ein Gourmeterlebnis auf höchstem Niveau ! Wir waren zufällig dort zum Essen vorbei gefahren und können dieses Restaurant auch für anspruchsvolle Gäste sehr empfehlen

Nice break with my friends, all the ingredients are there to have a good time around a table in this establishment, the vintage setting does not leave you indifferent. Excellent welcome, the owners take great care, the dishes are homemade from starter to dessert just the way I like them. I highly recommend this address. See you soon

03/12/2024: It is the best restaurant on rue de Strasbourg in Chalon. Very warm welcome, inexpensive and copious menu, beautiful menu of seasonal products, impeccable service and very good gourmet cuisine, lots of ideas researched by chef Jérôme. Every time I come from Lyon to see my family I stop at JULES to enjoy a good family meal. I recommend this quality restaurant.
