Le Montalembert sur Paris

I will only judge the café/restaurant that I experienced in café format. Very warm welcome and perfect service. The waiter was very charming. The place is well designed and has a very intimate atmosphere. I totally recommend.

Nice enough hotel in a great location. Be aware you will get charged extra fees, taxes, and "employee benefits" on a daily basis which will add several hundred euros to the cost of your stay. They could easily include these costs in the daily rate but would rather artificially lower their rate, bury them in the boilerplate, and then charge you for them at the end. Just FYI.

Super hotel in fab location beside best of shops and restaurants. Very pleasant staff and very nice rooms. Nice turn down service each evening with complimentary water etc… We received an upgrade to a front facing room with small balcony which was nice so thank you! Only negative is the lifts which are Paris style small but you get use to that. No gym but apparently that is on the way in 4 weeks time which would be a big plus for me.

Sehr gutes Hotel, mit hervorragendem Service und idealem Standort. Perfekt für Menschen die kleinere Hotels mögen. Wie kommen wieder!

Firstly, I must commend the location, which was excellent and made the stay a great bargain. However, I feel it's crucial to bring to your attention a concerning incident that occurred on the day of our check-in. After enduring a 22-hour journey, my husband and I were looking forward to some rest. Unfortunately, while we were sleeping a few hours after check-in, we were startled when a housekeeping personnel entered our room, yelling the name of another person. This was quite distressing for us. Upon reporting the incident to the front desk the next day, there was no follow-up or communication from the management until we reminded them on the day of check-out. The lack of proactive communication and follow-up from the management was disappointing and did not meet our expectations for customer service. I believe open communication is crucial, especially in situations like this. I hope you take this feedback constructively, and I trust that steps will be taken to prevent such incidents in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Our time at Hotel Montalembert was nothing short of exceptional, and it played a significant role in making our visit to Paris truly unforgettable. The level of service we received throughout our stay was impeccable. The staff’s quick response to our request to have our two guestrooms near one another was truly appreciated. We can’t wait to go back for a visit.
