A very pleasant lunch at 9 in the veranda in the warmth of the pellet stove. A little haven of peace on the banks of the Ouvèze with an exquisite meal and very pleasant service. I highly recommend this restaurant !

The only entrance to the restaurant is not very suitable - via a long descent via steep steps - and especially not suitable in the rain when they are slippery too.... Very good meal with a good choice of dishes but the price of a glass of champagne seemed a little 'high' to me (14 Euros).

Pleasant setting, exceptional cuisine. From reading the menu to dessert, we were very pleasantly surprised by the discovery of the combination of different tastes and flavors, without forgetting the presentation of the dishes, which is very refined. Matteo, the waiter, is very professional, discreet but present, warm and gives good advice. He contributes to the smooth running of the meal. His service was impeccable.

22/10/2023: What to say? It's sublime, from the reservation to the café it's a most pleasant moment. The restaurant is perched in the middle of the climb which leads to the castle, seated on tables arranged around an old have we delight in the chef's abode. And damn what a treat! A culinary experience, it's so good, so well seasoned. Everything is homemade and in quantities limited to the number of seats for the day. The chef, boss, waiter because yes he does everything, is very friendly and makes us have a good time. We will come back without hesitation at the opening of the next season!
14/10/2023: Winning service! In old Vaison, it is from the bottom of the oven via the flight of stairs to the trickle of water from the washhouse that, without setbacks, Thierry, the ace of the abode, will FEDERATE all lovers of this traditional dish. Everything was perfect, don't change anything. We are already reserving our square in the central aisle for next year ;-) Pascale and Jean-Luc - Annecy
