We've been coming to the olive oil mill every summer around August 15th for several years now. It's always a wonderful family outing in a beautiful setting, with perfect service and delicious food. Well done!

A wonderful discovery. The best restaurant we've been to in Vaison and the surrounding area. A warm welcome. A menu featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients. Superb flavors with a few surprises, like the melon and goat cheese soup (as an amuse-bouche). If you're in Vaison, this is the restaurant to visit. (Reservations recommended)

08/09/2026: What a joy it is to return to L'Amphore every time. The owners are delightful, and their food is excellent. New flavors are always on offer each week, and the reaction is always the same with the first bite: eyes wide with wonder at how delicious and flavorful it is. From the appetizers to the desserts, including the bread and the little biscuits that accompany your coffee, everything is homemade, prepared with care and care. A real treat! We will definitely return, always with the same pleasure.
