Le Moulin Blanc sur Clermont-Ferrand

11/11/2025: A lovely, cozy establishment... a warm welcome; even though they were full, they offered us lunch at the bar. A beautiful, original seasonal menu with creative dishes, including an excellent butternut squash tatin, fabulous mushroom gnocchi, and a delicious upside-down cake with burnt clementines. A good selection of wines by the glass; we will definitely return. Thank you for this delightful and refined experience.

07/11/2025: A truly excellent restaurant in Clermont! A must-try, from the food to the service and the wine selection, everything is perfect! I highly recommend this place; a real gem of Clermont's culinary scene!
