La Regalade sur Clermont-Ferrand

We've dined at La Régalade several times now, and each time it's been absolutely flawless. From the appetizers to the desserts, the meat and fish are cooked to perfection, not to mention the extensive wine list... and its exceptional taste! It's a place we'll definitely remember and highly recommend. Thank you also for the calm atmosphere and the friendly service.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A truly wonderful discovery! The restaurant is warm and inviting, with a very pleasant atmosphere. The servers are simply impeccable: smiling, attentive, professional, and very responsive. The service is truly efficient: my dish arrived very quickly, piping hot, and perfectly presented. The plate was as beautiful as it was delicious, with meticulous presentation and flavors that lived up to expectations. And a special mention for the dessert! The lady who prepared the dessert course pleasantly surprised me with her reimagined crème brûlée. A real discovery, as original as it was delicious! A big thank you to the entire team for the warm welcome, the quality of service, and the cuisine. You truly feel at home in this restaurant and leave with a smile. I highly recommend it and will return with great pleasure! ❤️

Reasonably priced wine by the glass, between 6 and 7 euros. My issue for the lack of 5 stars is that all dishes were missing the target in something. While the veau was delicious, the potato accompanying it was avg, made me feel like only legumes would be better paired. The flan, as the dessert, unfortunately was not fully cooked, the "biscuit" that surrounds the custard would benefit from an extra couple of minutes or so in the oven. For 40+ euros I would expect slightly better. Regardless, everyone was super friendly and attentive staff

A small, tastefully decorated room, a very warm welcome, and it's a real treat to be able to enjoy a wide selection of wines, especially by the glass. The products served are of very high quality. We highly recommend this place.
