A marvel! A warm welcome and quality products. Their ice creams and sorbets are simply an explosion of flavor. Rain, wind, or snow, this is the place to come and enjoy a delicious cone from January 1st to December 31st 😜 without moderation! The staff is welcoming and attentive. Thank you for these wonderful culinary discoveries.

Passing through Troyes early one morning, my husband and I stopped by this establishment for coffee and pastries. The welcome was incredibly warm and we thoroughly enjoyed our treats… We will definitely return when we are in the area again…

An excellent bakery, the kind you rarely see. The lady who served me was efficient, professional, and friendly. They have different options, including coffee, bread, etc. Eat in or take away, the choice is yours. The interior and exterior are beautiful and well-maintained. When will they have a competition for the best bakery? I highly recommend it.

05/07/2026: A warm welcome, attentive service, and a truly friendly waiter who kept us laughing throughout the meal… A little shout-out to Saint-Étienne, he'll know who he is 😉. As for the food, nothing to complain about: we thoroughly enjoyed it. I chose the Troyes andouillette sausage, perfectly cooked and very flavorful. It's lovely to find a place where you feel so welcome, as that's sadly becoming increasingly rare. A great place that I happily recommend. We'll be back!
