Special requests are easily accommodated here. An ice cream served in a glass with a delicious tart, not to take away? No problem. The biggest problem is deciding what to eat. Very friendly service.

We had breakfast there every morning during our stay in Troyes, and it was very good. The croissants and small sandwiches were fresh and delicious. The counter was enticing and well-stocked with lovely pastries. The waitress served us with a smile and was always very friendly.

A marvel! A warm welcome and quality products. Their ice creams and sorbets are simply an explosion of flavor. Rain, wind, or snow, this is the place to come and enjoy a delicious cone from January 1st to December 31st 😜 without moderation! The staff is welcoming and attentive. Thank you for these wonderful culinary discoveries.

12/09/2026: A simple and friendly restaurant! I thoroughly enjoyed my meal! It's not haute cuisine, but as I said, it's simply delicious, well-seasoned, and the portions are generous (perhaps that's why some find the prices a bit high). They have a good menu, and especially a daily special that changes every week :) Plus, the owners were lovely, thank you!
