Whether it's the welcome, the meal or even the cleanliness of the place (the toilets for example), it's perfect, an excellent meal, with excellent products, I leave very happy and highly recommend

Warm place where we had a family/friends meal (36 people) on Sunday June 2, 2024. Very pleasant and friendly place. Very warm welcome by friendly, smiling, friendly staff who always listen to their customers. Impeccable and efficient service. Dishes of very good quality; great taste experience. Very positive overall experience. We highly recommend this establishment and the team of professionals who run it.

Disappointment. We booked in this hotel because it had the Logis label which we appreciated in Vichy. Here, no elevator, very average location in the middle of a shopping area. Certainly a very practical hotel for people who work nearby. However, cramped room, mold in the bathroom. Very “classic” but OK dinner. Amazing breakfast: the pastries are served in small baskets containing only 2 croissants or 2 pain au chocolat, certainly restocked as soon as taken by a customer. 92 euros....really excessive The price indicated on the back of the door specifies that the price can vary from 60 to 92 euros... quite a change.

First and foremost, the kindness and availability of the hosts. Many brands should follow this quality of service as an example. And this is priceless. Then, calm despite being located in a commercial area 10 minutes by car from the center of Riom. The equipment is a little dated but that is not essential.

Very successful communion meal. Warm welcome, quality service, home-cooked meals, very generous. All our guests were delighted.... Friendly setting with private room with access to a very pleasant little garden..... we recommend!

Ideally located on our route and easy to find, with parking. A beautiful restaurant room and a terrace surrounded by greenery. Well-kept, quiet and welcoming establishment. Lots of paintings on the walls. Frequented by families. Also accepts dogs. Top notch welcome and service. Correct quality/price ratio.

Super accueil du début à la fin, repas de bonne qualité quant au menu enfant copieux avec entrée plat dessert (ce qui est assez rare pour un menu enfant!) pour un prix très correct. Nous étions en vacances dans la région et nous sommes arrêtés dans ce restaurant par hasard et pas déçu!
