Chambre rénovée très agréable et restaurant excellent avec des produits frais de saison. Cuisine qui mériterait une étoile. On reviendra.

Very well located, central location from which to visit the south of Burgundy. Ideal for cyclists, close to Voies Vertes and Voies Blues. Star cuisine and very friendly service!

Exceptionally good! Incredibly good! An essential stop on the way to vacation with the children. We chose it almost 10 years ago by chance, because there is a swimming pool to relax the children from long holiday trips. We discovered exceptional local cuisine and impeccable hospitality. Since then we have returned there every year, because we have not found an equivalent that can satisfy us as much. Unbeatable Value for Money An essential stopover to discover the magnificent wines of Solutré, which the maître d'hôtel will be able to advise you to accompany their wonderful cuisine. To do, redo, re-do, etc.... :)

We slept on two occasions as a rest point for a long journey. Very good option. Small hotel with adequate facilities. Net. good service The restaurant is very good!! The gastronomic menu is balanced, delicate and tasty. The wine list is complete and with good advice. Good reference in the area.

We chose the hotel twice for overnight stays on the way there and back to/from Provence and were very satisfied. We felt warmly welcome here as guests. Dinner is highly recommended.

If you are looking for a stopover around Macon, the Moulin du Gastronome is a perfect address for you. We had a very good stay in this hotel which well deserves the 5 stars in this review. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and perfectly equipped (air conditioning, TV, etc.). Everything has been designed for the comfort of guests, with quality bedding, modern equipment and a refined decor that invites you to relax. The hotel also offers a magnificent swimming pool, where it is possible to relax after a day on the road. But the real icing on the cake is the establishment's semi-gastronomic restaurant. The menu, renewed according to the seasons, highlights local products with incredible finesse and creativity. Each dish is a culinary journey, with perfectly mastered flavor combinations. Special mention to the room service, which is as professional as it is attentive. The servers are attentive, give good advice, and make the experience even more pleasant. In summary, this establishment is flawless, particularly for one or two nights (less for a long stay), I can only highly recommend it!

We celebrated a wedding anniversary at the restaurant perfect menu and service, calm atmosphere, quality price Nothing to complain about. I recommend.

Very nice rooms with very good beds, very quiet, clean, great bathroom, just pleasant and beautiful. There is also a very nice restaurant in summer with a very tasty terrace. Very selected good wines, the food was excellent, we will be back.

A fun stopover each time you pass through the region, whether going down or going up. This July 27, we enjoyed ourselves at the restaurant.

We lodged at the hotel for one night and dined in the restaurant in the evening. Fine food, fine wines, absolutely marvellous. We also had our (continental) breakfast here and were very happy with the choice.
