This was my second visit. I'd been a few years ago and had very fond memories, but I wasn't in the area at the time and couldn't return. I went back yesterday, and everything was perfect. The waiter was fantastic, both in terms of the welcome and the suggestions. The chef even came around to make sure everything was going smoothly and that the customers were enjoying their meals. The quality of the meat is exceptional (I had the dry-aged New Yorker, which was delicious, and my friend had the sliced ​​Wagyu, which was just as good), and the side dishes were excellent too! It's certainly a bit pricey when you start ordering the premium (and/or dry-aged) meats, but they offer other affordable options on the menu, so there's something for every budget. And to be clear, the price of exceptional meats is, in my opinion, not excessive. Like any exceptional product (or a matured meat that requires time and expertise to age), it has a certain value. In short, an excellent experience, and don't hesitate to treat yourself on a special occasion (or any occasion, for that matter; we shouldn't wait for a special occasion to indulge ourselves).

A truly exceptional experience! The dry-aged beef was so good it would make an Argentinian butcher weep, and Florian's suggestions were so perfect we should entrust him with the keys to the restaurant… 😂 The meat was cooked to perfection, worthy of UNESCO World Heritage status! Top-notch service, impeccable advice, pure bliss. The only problem: all other restaurants will now seem mediocre. Bravo Florian, and thank you for this unforgettable moment! 🥩🔥

Excellent meat and quality wine. A minor drawback was the minimalist presentation of the side dishes.

A first since reopening! Another great time spent, the meat was perfectly cooked. The aging was superb and the flame-finishing over a brazier was top-notch!
