We love this place! Right in the heart of the little square In the evening with its grilled dishes or at lunchtime with oysters or squid... Simply magnificent!

A slight disappointment at Le Narval: we ordered two glasses of white wine from the waiter, who this year offered us Chardonnay or a Burgundy with added wine! No Côtes de Provence or Bandol like in previous years... A shame for a Bandol bar! To top it off, the two glasses weren't even accompanied by a local olive! All this for 15 euros, mind you! The service deserves better in this otherwise pleasant setting. Oh well!

Our go-to spot every summer in Bandol. Le Narval is authentic thanks to its location, its relaxed and friendly atmosphere, and its incredibly warm service. You're guaranteed to have a wonderful time that will make you want to come back again and again. A special thank you to the entire team, who are simply exceptional. Don't change a thing. An absolutely delightful terrace where you can enjoy a good drink and experience the summer with a touch of poetry. A truly lovely moment. The service was standard but lacked a real smile, which is a bit of a shame because otherwise it would have been almost perfect!

Great place! I highly recommend it, and the servers are very friendly! As customers that evening, the toilets were blocked at 11 pm, but the owner kindly opened his other nearby establishment so we could use it.

28/08/2026: We had the daily special, a very good aioli, perfectly seasoned and very generous portion. Impeccable service and a nice touch: a carafe of still water and a carafe of sparkling water. Ambient music. I highly recommend it. Thank you and well done!
