Sono ritornato dopo alcuni anni a cena con mia moglie in questo bel ristorante affacciato sulla Plage du Debarquement. Nulla è cambiato da allora e ha soddisfatto in pieno le mie aspettative. Qui si ha la certezza di mangiare bene spendendo il giusto per un locale di questo livello, con un servizio accurato. Ottima la presentazione dei piatti, preparati e cucinati con cura e molto gustosi. Abbiamo mangiato un’abbondante marmitta di moules con salsa Thai accompagnata da patate fritte e dei gamberi giganti con linguine alla salsa di crostacei (ottimi!). Da bere abbiamo scelto una buona bottiglia di vino rosè del Domain de La Croix. Come dessert un ottimo caffè gourmand. In tutto abbiamo speso 105 euro: un prezzo adeguato alla qualità del cibo e al livello del locale. Servizio molto cortese e veloce (il ristorante ha due turni ed è necessaria la prenotazione). Ci ritorneremo certamente, perchè questo locale è una sicurezza!
