Very kind service, nice food with different layers of taste, food is fresh. quantity is a little bit more than our capacity, but totally enjoyed !

A Sunday evening in Brest: the only restaurant open! A very warm welcome. A great menu: I had salmon gravlax followed by a fillet of pollack… a complete success: delicious, Excellent ingredients, subtly chosen side dishes. Highly recommended!

We went to dinner at Nautilus without really knowing what to expect. Well, we were blown away by the taste buds, a truly extraordinary culinary experience. At this level, it's more than just food; everything was absolutely delicious. What we loved was how the raw ingredients were prepared in such original ways, enhanced with delicate sauces, spices, and flavors that invite you on a culinary journey. There's no room here for sauces that overwhelm the food; everything is done with delicacy and subtlety. The welcome is very warm, the service is top-notch, and the sommelier will guide you through a rather extensive wine list. We already want to go back. Seafood lovers, run, don't walk—beware of addiction! Thank you to the entire team for this exceptional culinary experience.

This was my first time visiting this lovely restaurant, even though I'd walked past it many times without noticing. A very pleasant waitress and her colleague made our birthday evening wonderful. The meal was also excellent, refined without being too heavy, just right. We'll definitely be back.

A wonderful evening in an intimate setting, thank you to the whole team, and especially to Trinity who took such good care of us. Despite a few shortages in the kitchen and wine cellar, she did everything she could to satisfy us, always with a smile.

A slight disappointment in terms of taste. In my admittedly somewhat hazy memories, there were some very tasty Asian-inspired dishes. This whole thing lacked flavor, and for the price, we expected better, especially in Brest.

An excellent dinner at Le Nautilus, featuring surprising scallops: incredibly tender, a blend of surf and turf flavors with a meat jus that pairs equally well with Chardonnay or a red wine, and a delightful mix of textures between the velvety parsnip purée and the crispy chips. The desserts are equally impressive, particularly the delicious blueberry and chestnut vacherin, which also plays very skillfully with textures. The atmosphere is serene, with a magnificent aquarium and a pleasant background of pop-rock classics, and the service is very attentive.
