Le Nautilus sur Soulac-Sur-Mer

The pizza was delicious, although you might think it's more of a side dish than the restaurant's specialty. The other dishes were also excellent—octopus, mussels, etc.—everything was perfect, and the service was accommodating and pleasant. I highly recommend it; it was a very pleasant surprise.

A restaurant located right on the seafront with a simply magical sunset view. We started our meal with an excellent salmon tartare, which we shared. For our main courses, we had the octopus and a pizza di Parma. The octopus was cooked to perfection; I've very rarely seen it cooked like that. The pizza was also incredible: a light crust and quality ingredients. Wow, it feels so good to eat such delicious food in a restaurant and not end up in a tourist trap. As for the service, it was pure, unadulterated friendliness. The waiters and waitresses were welcoming, kind, and pleasant, and frankly, we felt right at home. Thank you for the quality of service; it was simply magnificent. This extended even to the bill, where we were able to chat about the restaurant's history with the owners, who were also incredibly kind. Thank you so much for this wonderful time at Nautilus. We will definitely recommend it and return!

A superb experience, both in terms of taste and sensory appeal, thanks to delicious mussels "al mariniera" and near-perfect service right up to the bill. Indeed, I could have done without the unpleasant, even cantankerous, nature of the supposed restaurant manager, who barely acknowledges you while you're spending a quarter of your minimum wage in her establishment... I was on the verge of leaving a tip for the servers, who delivered a remarkable performance, but because of the manager, who strongly reminded me of the witch in Snow White, I didn't.

A wonderful experience at Nautilus. The food is excellent, generous, and full of flavor. The staff is very pleasant, attentive, and truly professional, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. A place where you're guaranteed a great time, and one I highly recommend.

The service was incredibly fast. We barely had time to finish our aperitifs before the main courses arrived. The same thing happened with dessert; we ordered ice cream and coffee, and the coffees arrived before the ice cream was even there. Otherwise, the mussels were good, though the portion was small. The ice cream was excellent and a generous serving.

Almost perfect, and the food was heavenly; the service was also quick.

The meal was good and quite generous. It's a shame the mussels were rather small, though. The only downside was the wait for the restroom. There was only one for the entire restaurant, and it was mixed-gender.
