While passing through, we ate outside piled on top of each other. The cuisine is honest but the atmosphere is not there.

We were visiting the city when we came across this restaurant. We were not disappointed. Despite the crowds, the staff were very friendly. Quality dishes, for a very reasonable price. I would happily go back

Typical Basque café in the heart of St Jean Pied de Port.
We were a large party and just had drinks in the late afternoon
Including a homemade sangria which was very good.

Never disappointed when you come to this friendly brasserie. The prices are affordable and the products are quality. What can I say about the welcome and the service....One of the good places to eat reasonably in the Basque Country....Not for nothing that I have been going back there for decades

La verdad, llegamos a San Juan Pie de Puerto sin haber planeado nada. Eran ya las 2 de la tarde, y en estos sitios no te puedes demorar mucho. Nos pareció el más normal y asequible, con terraza y le preguntamos a la camarera, que muy atentamente nos dijo que sí que nos servía y nos preparó una mesa para 4. Había un plato del día, que se trataba de un muslo de pato con patatas fritas y pisto, para los adultos, y para los niños menú infantil a base de nuggets o lomo; agua y dos cervezas. Postre de helado para los niños. Comimos al menos por 65.40€ 2 niños y 2 adultos, sin grandes excesos pero muy correcto. Servicio bueno. No tengo quejas.
