A fantastic discovery! We didn't know this place at all and we loved the atmosphere. A huge thank you to Manon, who was amazing from start to finish, incredibly responsive and efficient, and with such a beautiful smile... A wonderful place we'll definitely be back to!

A must-visit for a delicious or refreshing break during your vacation, the menu is fantastic, whether it's drinks, cocktails, ice cream, waffles, or crepes – there's something for everyone. The servers are professional and efficient, a special mention to all the ones we see every year – they're truly the best! 👍 A minor drawback this year was the lack of a fan on the terrace, and the misting system wasn't used nearly enough during our week-long vacation. This is a real shame, as it's a welcome addition that's sorely missed when it's hot like this year. It would also be nice to see if it's possible to create separate smoking and non-smoking areas, as the enjoyment can quickly be spoiled for non-smokers by being bothered by cigarette smoke while enjoying a treat or a refreshing break. Also, consider whether the musical evenings could feature a more contemporary playlist, as I sometimes felt like I was at a senior citizens' party at my grandmother's nursing home! 😉 Otherwise, it's always top-notch, and it's It's a real pleasure to come and enjoy a meal on the terrace every year 😊

Always an excellent ice cream shop. But unfortunately, I won't be going back. We've been in Marseillan Plage for 10 days now, and the shop is always packed. We'd been going there regularly every day for the past week, but two days ago it was impossible to find a table because they were practically all reserved for regulars, according to the owner. It's a disgrace. A kind waiter, who I think recognized us, did manage to give us a table. I understand that this ice cream shop has a good reputation, but having to make reservations is a first, especially for regulars. What does that mean, that tourists aren't welcome? And to top it all off, they've reduced the amount of ice cream.

Always a pleasure to come to Neptune! A friendly atmosphere, a warm welcome, and a real favorite: their sangria, which is definitely worth the trip. A special mention to Manon, always so smiling, pleasant, and attentive, just like the rest of the team! It really makes a difference. A simple, welcoming place that you'll gladly return to. I highly recommend it!
