The apartment is very well located and pleasant, but the common areas leave something to be desired. This may be due to the fact that we came off-season, when everything is closed.

The building is a bit run-down, which is reflected in the apartments, at least in ours: the air conditioning in our room was broken (it was leaking!), and it wasn't repaired because the technician was on vacation. There was no "discount" on the price, and it was fortunate that it wasn't too hot. The apartment was poorly designed for our current needs. Good luck if there are four of us and not just two like us: the sink is too small, and the coffee machine needs to be placed on the sink. Poorly designed, I was saying... Great staff, good communication, but maybe not enough autonomy? In short, the price in September was reasonable, but don't expect too much. Last negative: no private parking, which can be difficult to carry luggage around. Public parking, but a 3-hour blue disc during the summer season. Big plus: the proximity to the sea!!

Renting a studio, nothing to complain about the cleanliness; it was very clean, but there was a serious lack of storage space... A big thumbs up for Patricia and her team, who were very pleasant and helpful.

Ideal and unique location! The beach is just a 1-minute walk away at the end of the building. Clean and equipped studio for your vacation! Patricia is always available and friendly, and Stephy is always smiling! With the added bonus of a great restaurant right outside the building.

Very good accommodation, perfect welcome, smiling and friendly, nothing to complain about, sea view as expected. Lots of entertainment. I recommend without hesitation. One small negative point is the parking with a disc every 3 hours. But hey, it doesn't spoil the vacation.

Studio in line with my expectations (the air conditioning provides a certain comfort!) Thanks to the manager Patricia and her colleague for their friendliness and their information which added a plus to our stay!
