THANK YOU! I was happy, even though I was next to the villa I could see the beach, it was great! Except for the toilet which ran all night, I didn't dare call you as it was a bit late; the air conditioning wasn't working the way I wanted to adjust it, which is a shame, otherwise overall it was good. The room was a bit dated but very clean! It did have air conditioning, which was a real plus, and the bed was very comfortable. The welcome was pleasant, and the manager was friendly!

A short 3-day, 2-night stay. The receptionist was very welcoming despite numerous calls from outside the hotel for information and reservations. The receptionist was able to meet my needs, provide concrete answers, and adapt to my situation. I also recommend the Hotel Neptune for its beachfront location and the parking near the sea. I will definitely book again when I return to St. Pierre and I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Keep up the good work!

A very warm welcome, ideally located residence. Clean room, everything you need for a pleasant stay. Parking nearby. Breakfast and other meals are available at the Bisou bar next door if you don't feel like cooking. I highly recommend it! 👍

- The hotel is very well located on the seafront, very close to the town center. Everything is within walking distance: the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. - The staff is very welcoming and pleasant. - However, the price seems too high for rooms that are showing their age: the paint is peeling in many places, the shower cubicle is tiny with an impractical curtain, and the air conditioning didn't work at night. The kitchenette is a very welcome addition.

We stayed in a studio, but there are also apartments available. The studio is very well laid out, with everything you need to prepare a meal or breakfast. The room is large and very clean, and there's a lovely little balcony. The sea is right at the hotel's doorstep, and across the street there's a small supermarket and washing machines—very convenient! You can relax in peace. Downstairs, you'll find everything you need for meals. No need for a car. Yes, from the outside, the hotel shows its age, but inside everything is spotless. Some of the accommodations are still being renovated, which is fantastic! The gentleman who runs this establishment is very pleasant, friendly, and attentive. The best part is that it's less expensive than a 3-star hotel, and much better than a hotel in a more remote area. Here, you can take long walks in a wonderful setting.

This is our second stay at the Hotel Neptune. It's very well located on the seafront, with parking in front of the hotel, a market, restaurants, and bars – all within easy reach of your car. The manager is very professional and friendly; we'll be back! 😉
