Le neptune sur Fleury

I've been a regular customer for years; the price/quality ratio is good, and the welcome is always warm and pleasant. A few drawbacks: unpleasant sewer smells (sink, toilet?), sometimes unreliable Wi-Fi connection, and poor reception of digital terrestrial television channels.

We had a wonderful time enjoying our stay at the Olydia Neptune, which is well-located and has a lovely sea view. It's conveniently located near everything. The rooms are comfortable, with all the necessary amenities, and spotlessly clean. We also want to thank the receptionist, Patricia, whose ever-present smile and kindness never left her face. Thank you all.

We'll need to consider some minor renovations to the bedrooms. Such as adding closets for clothes. More space could be created by possibly replacing the bed with a sofa bed...

The hotel is well located but has no parking; the price is reasonable, it's a shame there's no breakfast. However, the shower drain was clogged; I had to clean everything myself before I could shower.

Charming place and very pleasant staff

Booked through Booking.com, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. There's even a restaurant on the ground floor, which was very convenient. The sea view from our apartment was absolutely stunning. The interior of the property was quiet and peaceful, but the public parking outside could be a bit inconvenient early in the morning or for families with young children. Overall, I would recommend this place to a couple or a group of friends. The location is very appealing, and Saint-Pierre-la-Mer is a great destination.

The hotel is very well located. The room was clean and had a beautiful sea view. The welcome was excellent. I recommend it.

The apartment is ideal for two people, and the rooms are spacious enough. The shower is very small and really needs replacing, especially since there's room for a larger one, as well as space for a bigger refrigerator. The apartment as a whole is showing its age but is still acceptable. The balcony is very pleasant despite the lack of privacy from the other apartments. Despite the absence of an elevator and resident parking, the location is ideal for the beach and the city center. The manager is very welcoming, friendly, responsive, and attentive. He did everything necessary during the air conditioning breakdown, providing us with a fan for the two weeks of our stay, and we received financial compensation very quickly after our request.

THANK YOU! I was happy, even though I was next to the villa I could see the beach, it was great! Except for the toilet which ran all night, I didn't dare call you as it was a bit late; the air conditioning wasn't working the way I wanted to adjust it, which is a shame, otherwise overall it was good.
