Le Neptune sur Gerardmer

We were very disappointed with our experience. I ordered a raspberry vacherin for dessert and received strawberry-vanilla ice cream with pistachios. No raspberries, no meringue—in short, nothing that matched the advertised dessert. After pointing this out to the waitress, her only response was, "Sorry, he didn't tell me." No compensation or replacement was offered. As a result, I didn't even eat my dessert. It's a shame, because a simple conversation or a little attention would have been enough to make up for this bad experience.

Excellent after a weekend in the Vosges. I had the munstiflette, which was excellent! I recommend it.

They don't speak English but still friendlystaff helped us with menu and the food was good.

The wait for drinks on the terrace was a bit long for my liking... however, the dishes that were being served looked very appetizing and generously portioned... I'll have to try them on my next visit.

New owner (very friendly), new menu, plus breakfast from 8:30 am.... Very extensive meal menu, not forgetting the ice cream menu....

We stopped by for a short break. The staff was welcoming. I recommend the crepe or waffle with homemade hot chocolate. The chocolate is truly exceptional. We went back for a second helping. I highly recommend it.
