Excellent ice cream shop, the food was excellent. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The owners are just as amazing as their desserts. Highly recommended!

While in Gérardmer on the day of the triathlon, we took advantage of the event and the terrace of the Neptune, right by the lake. They had a very wide selection of ice creams, including truly delicious, homemade varieties. We had a great time as a family! 👍

No complaints, very welcoming staff, reasonable prices, and good food – proof of which is that I went 4 days in a row! I highly recommend it.

Coffee, cocktail, and breakfast were great. The service wasn't very friendly and they never looked cheerful. Atmosphere okay.
