The best board game bar in Caen, with a wide variety of games, puzzles, movies, and more. The food is delicious and high-quality, as are the regularly changing desserts. A great selection of beers. A huge selection of cocktails, all equally delicious. The service is excellent. I highly recommend this place.

Good atmosphere and a ton of games to discover. When you're seated on the terrace near the door, you're constantly getting a draft because customers don't think to close it behind them. The traditional doors have their charm, but a self-closing one would be more comfortable. A minor drawback was that we had to ask for water three times.

The staff are so friendly!! We've been customers for several years and are always thrilled to go back. Plus, they slice the sausage with a really sharp knife and the table doesn't move. In short, pure bliss!!!

07/04/2026: The waitress wasn't very friendly and seemed lost (but it wasn't her fault, the blame was placed on the customer...). The manager made a comment about an unfinished plate in front of me, which made me feel uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend it for these reasons, but the food itself, the quantity, and the quality of the ingredients are excellent.
27/03/2026: Excellent value for money. The quality is consistently very good. It gets very busy, so it's best to book in advance if you're coming in a group.

Le Royal Brasserie

25/06/2025: Brasserie in the heart of Caen. A terrace lined with shrubs that provide privacy from the street: ideal for dining al fresco or simply enjoying a drink. The interior dining room is (very) beautiful, in my opinion. The food is as good as the setting is pleasant. Friendly and cheerful staff.
21/06/2025: Ideally located Pleasant setting Impeccable welcome and service. Varied menu. Very good cuisine. Excellent value for money. Air-conditioned restaurant
