Le Ouarzazate sur Pau

Saturday March 30. Lunch for two. Casa beer, very good couscous, red wine. Perfect. Pleasant moment. Impeccable service 😉

Warm welcome, and very tasty, hearty cuisine in which we find the flavors and spices of Morocco.

A central restaurant with good Moroccan food at more than reasonable prices. Very good service.

We had 2 starters (eggplant caviar and tomato pepper caviar), 3 royal sheep couscous as main courses and a bottle of Boulaouane rosé to accompany it all. It was really very good, with lots of flavors and hearty...what more could you ask for! If we add to that a very pleasant service, what more can we say than 'thank you for a very good evening!'

We arrived this Friday 01/03/24, a little before opening. The waiter was setting up the room. He welcomed us. We reserved our place and returned at opening time. It's not the first time we've eaten there and each time, it's always just as good! The service is pleasant. As always, we had the Ouarzazate couscous (chicken, mutton, skewer, merguez and kofta): it's a real treat and very hearty. The meat is tasty 🤤

The room is small so it is strongly recommended to reserve your table before going because it is often full. The food is delicious, everything is made on site. The boss is adorable. It's always a pleasure to go there👍😀

Restaurant that we really enjoyed with my colleague. The dishes are ultra fresh and very tasty. The spices are well dosed. I chose a shakchouka and my colleague the sheep and pear tagine (photo). Only downside: not a lot of semolina, remember to ask for an extra portion if necessary. Very little wait for the dishes and no need to reserve lunch during the week for us. You can also take away (small discount).

We had 2 couscous to take away last night, it was really very good and generous!

It's been a long time since we've been back. The friendly welcome, certainly the manager, the second server more reserved, But the magic was under the lid. Good evening.

Superb discovery. We had a great time, the dishes were excellent, very generous and tasty. The staff is very nice, we will definitely come back!
