Passing through St Amand Montrond, this restaurant was recommended to us by our hostess, and we weren't disappointed. It was busy that Friday evening, but we managed to get a table on the terrace. We opted for the €29 set menu and thoroughly enjoyed it! The meat was excellent and cooked to perfection, and the dessert was also very good. The waiter and waitress were very pleasant. I highly recommend it!

A very warm welcome for our family of four, with friendly and pleasant staff. Generous portions of high-quality dishes prepared with excellent seasonal ingredients. Prompt service despite the crowds and the heat (stay strong!). We enjoyed a lovely time on the terrace with attentive and responsive staff... it was wonderful to dine in such pleasant surroundings. Yes! It's official, you can come, come back, or discover it for the first time: this superb little restaurant on the magnificent pedestrian square in Saint Amand has "FINALLY" changed hands! Phew!!! The welcome has become friendly and personalized, the food has regained its flavors, the menu its vibrancy, and the diners are happy! At the register when paying, everyone, myself included, left rather generous tips for the charming and kind owner, who does everything to please her customers. People can be silly (myself included), but that's how it is; when they come to spend their money at a restaurant, they like to be received, served, and treated with kindness and care, and that's rare... Long live the new Paddock, and thank you!
