Le Padelle sur Pau

Good pizza (homemade tomato sauce, crispy, well-risen crust), the beef carpaccio was also perfect (perhaps a touch more seasoning?). Very good wine, very pleasant welcome, and a perfect terrace. An oasis of calm. I highly recommend it!

A well-located Italian restaurant with fairly good food. However, we were disappointed with the experience: we had a reservation, but the kitchen was already closed for pizzas when we arrived. The waiter wasn't particularly friendly either. It's a shame, because the restaurant has potential and could be a good place to eat.

We ate on the lovely terrace. The dishes were beautifully presented 🌸 However, we were a little disappointed with the food: the gazpacho and risotto were rather bland, and the carbonara was salty, which was a shame 😕

Very good and generous portions. The terrace is lovely. It's a shame that restaurant vouchers aren't accepted in the evening.

The pizzas are good and made with quality ingredients, although, in my opinion, they aren't among the best in Pau. The fish dishes are well-prepared, but the portions could be a bit larger. Despite this minor drawback, you'll have a very pleasant time in a nice setting. The service is friendly and attentive, and overall it's very good value for money. A place where you can eat well and that I recommend for a good meal.
