On Friday morning, November 28th, I went to the bakery. The two employees there were rather unfriendly and even quite unpleasant! However, yesterday afternoon, I was served by a particularly warm, smiling, and very professional blonde saleswoman. Her excellent customer service really made a difference and made the visit much more enjoyable.

LE PAIN HÉLIOS in Arras is like a hug for your taste buds: pastries that make your senses dance, hot chocolates so generous you could almost drown in them, and a welcome that puts a smile on your face even before you've ordered. It's impossible to leave without a little piece of happiness under your arm!

Every time I come to Arras, I buy my bread and order a slice of Maroilles cheese tart. It's very good, as is the bread. The staff is very welcoming. Thank you.

23/02/2026: One of the best Flunch restaurants in the region
18/02/2026: This Flunch is better than many others! It's a human-scale Flunch, very clean, with a generous selection of dishes and a well-presented buffet. The only downside is the prices, which are no longer in line with the restaurant's style! It's still cafeteria food. (Note to the Flunch group!)

30/08/2025: Great!! We were in a hurry for our medical appointment and everything was accommodated.
06/08/2025: The food is good. The portions are generous. Good value for money. Quick service (ideal when you work nearby). However, lately, a waitress (Mélanie or Mélissa, I can't remember), who wasn't very pleasant, has been spoiling the atmosphere. No greeting, no smile. Cold. And sorry, but she wasn't very well-groomed either. Greasy hair doesn't look very professional. Considering that the servers are the face of this kind of establishment. Hence my one-star rating for the service. Otherwise, I recommend it.
