Le Palais sur Bayonne

A warm welcome, the servers are attentive to our requests, and the food is delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The bar at the palace, a small brasserie, very friendly, very friendly staff, very good products. I recommend it.

I was there the night of the France-Spain match. Obviously, all the tables were taken, but we finally managed to squeeze several of us onto a free half-table. We asked a waitress for permission to take a small table that was sitting among four others in a corner… A flat refusal! Anyway, even though the other bartenders were nice, the first impression remains: should we have apologized for ordering 1-liter carafes of beer at €15…? The prices went up again 24-48 hours later because I saw a liter of beer for €20-25 during the Bayonne Festival… No comment! I should point out that I saw it elsewhere, not in this bar, because I haven't been back.

Lovely setting, very good food, a small menu but high quality, generous portions. New team serving, but friendly and attentive. Just gain confidence and you'll be great.

Don't know about the food but the local IPA is excellent. Pleasant location. Beer name is Kroko, just in case...

Very reasonable prices. Shaded terrace with a superb view. Clean establishment and very pleasant staff despite the heatwave.

Quick and friendly service. There's a children's menu. Nice setting with the cathedral next door.
