20/03/2026: A wonderful experience. The servers were attentive. All the dishes were delicious, refined, and sophisticated. It was the first time I'd ever had Jerusalem artichoke for dessert, and the pairings were excellent. We will gladly return to this restaurant and believe it deserves a Michelin star, especially compared to other starred establishments in the region.

The service, meanwhile, borders on perfection. Attentive without being intrusive, professional yet warm, it accompanies the meal with rare fluidity. The setting adds to the magic: a pleasant, elegant space where you immediately feel at ease. In short, Édulis offers a gastronomic experience that clearly deserves to be recognized at the highest level. A Michelin star would be only fair for an establishment of such quality.
