We came from Cherbourg, using a gift certificate from our children. A truly excellent restaurant, highly recommended for food lovers and gourmets. The dishes are as beautiful as they are delicious. Kudos to the chef and his fantastic team. We'll be back in Granville next time.

Very warm welcome, cuisine worthy of a great chef of French gastronomy, the waiter and waitress are smiling and competent.

On September 5th, we decided to try this gourmet restaurant in Granville. The flavors were definitely there, but we were a little disappointed by the portions. We're used to eating in this type of restaurant, but for dessert, we usually only get half a tartlet! We found that a bit stingy considering the price. For two people, it cost €155 for an aperitif (for me, starter, main course, and dessert) and a half-bottle of St Nicolas de Bourgueil (for my husband, main course and dessert).

A wonderful discovery in Granville. L’Edulis is much more than a gourmet restaurant: it’s a true culinary experience. From appetizer to dessert, everything is conceived with finesse, precision, and creativity. Quality ingredients are enhanced by remarkable skill, and flavor combinations are surprising and delicate… Each bite is a discovery. I was simply delighted. A flavorful, elegant, and generous cuisine that provides that rare something: the pleasure of experiencing a truly gastronomic moment. And because a great experience isn’t just about the food, the welcome and service contribute fully to this wonderful moment. A restaurant I wholeheartedly recommend. Cuisine that touches the taste buds… but above all, the emotions. Bravo to the chef and the entire team at L’Edulis for this absolutely wonderful interlude.

We thoroughly enjoyed this gourmet restaurant. The atmosphere is very peaceful, and it was nearly empty that lunchtime. Personally, I particularly appreciated the absence of music: it allowed for quiet conversation without having to raise our voices, especially since the tables are quite spacious. The staff is very pleasant, and several set menus are available. The dishes were delicious, with small petits fours served between courses and as an aperitif, adding a lovely touch to the meal. We had mentioned that we were celebrating a birthday, and the team surprised us with a wonderful gift: a small cake with a candle. A truly appreciated gesture! A truly wonderful experience, both for the quality of the food and for the tranquility, the service, and the thoughtful touches. We will gladly return!

Visually, it's magnificent: veritable works of art on a plate. And in terms of taste, it's simply exceptional. The chef elevates the mushrooms with remarkable skill. As for the setting, its colors beautifully evoke the world of the forest.

Exquisite, meticulous, and delicious cuisine. You can't imagine the preparation involved until the chef explains his techniques. Attentive, friendly service and a calm atmosphere. A truly delightful experience.

A wonderful discovery with this Michelin-starred restaurant. A superb menu with a composition perfectly suited to our tastes. A minor drawback was the waitress's service; she spilled wine on the table while filling the glasses and never wiped it up. That's the only noticeable flaw. Otherwise, very good. The atmosphere, however, wasn't quite intimate enough for me, and the decor was a bit too simplistic.
