I've been coming here for years and I've just discovered some young people who have taken over the place! A wonderful rediscovery and a big thank you for the warm welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed our pizzas.

I wasn't disappointed by the set menu; the duck breast was excellent, the service was a little slow (but the restaurant was full), and the owner gave me a warm welcome: I recommend it.

A warm and welcoming atmosphere. The duck breast with blackcurrant sauce was a delight. Perfectly cooked French meat, an inventive blackcurrant sauce, fries worthy of Arras… Memorable.

The Google reviews made us hesitate, but we don't regret wanting to form our own opinion. Taking our order might have seemed a little slow at first, but the service was quick and efficient. The dishes (pizzas and pasta) were served piping hot—which isn't always the case—and lived up to our expectations: generous portions, well-topped pizzas, nothing to complain about. The chef and the owner had a kind word for us and took the time to greet us warmly. We'll definitely be back.

We never tire of coming to "Palazzio"! It's one of our two favorite restaurants in Dijon...maybe even our favorite! We go to eat with a friend...and we're welcomed like friends! It absolutely deserves 5 stars, while remaining very friendly and welcoming...a pleasure every time! Manuel P

14/02/2026: We came as a couple for a Valentine's Day meal. The service was impeccable, the staff were very attentive, and we had a truly delicious meal! Thank you for this wonderful experience, and we look forward to coming back!
