Le Pan Coupe sur Chateau-Thebaud

Halfway through our hike, we stumbled upon the menu outside the restaurant: a very reasonable price for a starter, main course, and dessert. We ordered a charcuterie/grilled ham platter with new potatoes and a crème brûlée (absolutely delicious)! The owners are really friendly and seem passionate about what they do. I take my hat off to them for setting up shop in this type of village, primarily inhabited by locals. I hope these residents realize how lucky they are to have a smile even when the weather is gloomy and to enjoy such high-quality food all year round! ;-) Special mention for the crème brûlée: we highly recommend it!
