The meat was perfect, however the waitress was unfriendly and the drinks, like Pepsi, had to be opened in front of the customer, please, plus there was no straw, no taste, no fizz – where did this Coke/Pepsi come from?

We came for dinner and were delighted with the butcher's cut cooked over a wood fire. I highly recommend it and will gladly return.

Discovered somewhat by chance, as it's one of the few restaurants open on Mondays in Cherbourg, and what a pleasant surprise! The quality meats were cooked over an open fire right before our eyes! The portions were generous, especially the excellent starters. The cozy atmosphere and dog-friendly nature are a real plus. Grilled beef lovers, go for it! The children's menu is great too.

Good meats cooked over charcoal. Prices are slightly high but not excessive. A little more attention to the friendliness of the service and it would be perfect!

Fantastic restaurant where we had a wonderful meal! Friendly staff who go out of their way for their customers. We were welcomed despite our late reservation and weren't kept waiting long despite the restaurant being very busy. The prices are more than reasonable. We highly recommend it and will definitely return during our next stay in Cherbourg!

15/10/2026: Absolutely fantastic service! But not recommended for diabetics. No way to get a filling that isn't starchy... Oh, and I almost forgot, there's a section with lots of great specialties, including Isigny caramels (to be consumed in moderation). When I was there, it was a disco music mecca :) Next time I'll have to remember to park the DeLorean next door :)
14/10/2026: We tried the American breakfast and we weren't disappointed. Everything was delicious, both the sweet and savory options. The service was impeccable. 👍
