L'Hotel de La Banniere

21/01/2024: Hotel in the heart of the medieval city of Laon. Very warm and friendly welcome The rooms are more vintage style, which doesn't appeal to everyone but it's still charming. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, I advise you not to miss it because it was perfect: inexpensive and really very good. The staff also put together an impromptu “kids menu” for our little one, which is always nice!! So we say thank you for this stay :)

15/04/2024: Almost the only restaurant open on Sunday evening in this town which seemed sadly abandoned even though it was described by Victor Hugo as superb. Travelers, stop in Laon! Le Parvis welcomed us with a local and “homemade” menu. Fast and very good service, just what was needed before returning to Belgium. THANKS! THANKS! I hope that your city could relaunch the funicular to revitalize the city center, re-open beautiful small businesses and attract tourists.
