Le Parisien sur Les Vignes

We had a great time in this restaurant in a calm and beautiful setting, the food was excellent and the service too, perfect for a break before going to relax on the banks of the Tarn. To do again

Bon rapport qualité prix. Terrasse sur le Tarn sympa. Le nom de l'établissement fait pas forcément envie mais faut pas s'arrêter à ça, c'est une bonne adresse.

Delicious trout! Also with a tasty dessert. I understood that the waffles with Roquefort as a starter are also very tasty. Didn't sleep myself, but know that the entire hotel, including the restaurant with a beautiful view, is very nicely decorated with good beds.

Welcome to this place steeped in history, where you also eat well. You have to agree to settle into the rhythm of the river because the pace is calm. The breakfast is very good with local or homemade products. It lacks a small, comfortable lounge area and that would be perfect.

We spent a lovely evening on the terrace of the hotel restaurant. The dishes were simple but well cooked, thank you again for offering a vegetarian option to the dishes! We will return there with our eyes closed.

Authentic hotel and restaurant offering local quality. Our room 1 may be a little noisy but it is the counterpart of the charm of the old one. Simple but great dinner (osso bucco, trout, coconut flan, almond parfait), cheerful and efficient service... hearty breakfast, very good and local (jams, bread, fouace, cheese, ham from a local butcher)... .in short....GO FOR IT!!

The room is small but overlooks the River with a beautiful window that looks like a painting! The rich and very French breakfast Very nice restaurant with a rich menu I recommend it

We stayed at Le Parisien during our hike in the Cévennes. The hotel is clean with comfortable beds, and the dinner is pleasant with surprising local lemonades (chestnuts, figs, etc.) on a terrace with a beautiful view of the Tarn. Hearty breakfast with quality jazz in the background.

Ambiance très agréable, déco sympa , vue sur le bord du Tarn, terrasse côté Tarn ou tables à l’ombre au choix, produits locaux bien cuisinés, service charmant.
