It's always a pleasure to come back to this restaurant! The welcome is warm, the service very attentive, and everything is done to make you feel privileged. The cuisine, for its part, is a pure delight: subtle flavors, perfectly presented plates, and real attention to detail. We were surprised by the two negative reviews which seemed to concern a single table. Frankly, this in no way reflects our experience, which is impeccable every time. An essential address where we will return again, with great pleasure!

This restaurant is a marvel!! I have been on a business trip for 3 months and I have tried all the restaurants in town, so I can say that Le Parvis is THE BEST RESTAURANT IN CHOLET!!! And from afar!! Succulent dishes and smiling, efficient servers!!

Very warm welcome, efficient service... And excellent quality of the meal! We were told that they had changed chefs so we went to try it, and frankly we weren't disappointed. It was very very good.

07/06/2024: Passing through the region, very happy to have chosen this restaurant for our evening. The cuisine is very good and very good value for money with very good products. The waitress was great, offering to sit outside while we were already at the table inside. We highly recommend this place, and on occasion we will happily return.

01/09/2024: I highly recommend this restaurant, the service was impeccable throughout the meal, and the dishes are very good.
14/08/2024: We went to eat with a friend and ordered the specials. The portions were a good size and the chicken tikka dressing is very tasty without being spicy. The Aperol Sprits was smooth, big and rich. The service was very fast and they prepared the table for us even though we did not have a reservation.
