What a great find! We were looking for a restaurant serving typical local dishes and we weren't disappointed. The food was just like home cooking. The service was excellent, the staff very friendly and took the time to chat with us despite the crowd, all with a smile. We highly recommend it! 😁

I'm not giving it 5 stars because the slice of apple pie was a tad too small for someone with a sweet tooth like me. The restrooms are spotless and the place is pleasant. I love the writing... A fantastic discovery, both culinary and personal! We had a wonderful evening; the restaurant's atmosphere was friendly and intimate. The staff were incredibly welcoming and took the time to chat with us. The icing on the cake was the excellent value for money; we thoroughly enjoyed the regional dishes and were able to eat generous portions! I highly recommend this must-visit restaurant in Le Puy-en-Valais!

Super nice little restaurant. Warm welcome. Super cute setting, great value for money. Just a stone's throw from the cathedral. I highly recommend it.

I visited here with three friends and we were greeted warmly and taken care of by a very friendly male waiter. We all ended up ordering the menu de juer which was very good value for filet mignon with green lentils, salad and potato followed by an apple pie with cream and custard. The only thing that I know would be instead of having canned cream it would be nice to have fresh cream and for the custard to be a little bit thicker otherwise it was a very tasty meal and I would have no hesitation in going here again.
