Le Pas Sage sur Le Puy-En-Velay

A very pleasant experience. We enjoyed our meal, the service was excellent, and the waiter was friendly and welcoming. The food was superb; we thoroughly enjoyed it. The children had vegetables, salad, and potatoes, which was a nice change and very welcome. The main course was high quality, but the dessert was nothing special and expensive for what it was (make up your own mind!). Go there, stop by, and enjoy! You can eat inside or outside.

Extremely effective. -1 for the Latin-sounding music, a far cry from our French standards. It's a shame my partner ate all the truffade despite promising to share; it looked delicious. Ah, women!

Several dishes were chosen by our table and the general opinion was that the cuisine was ordinary (products with little taste, seasoning needs improvement, little effort...).

A very pleasant meal with my sweetheart on the shaded terrace of "Le Pas Sage". The cuisine is entirely homemade, featuring local flavors. My partner had the dish of the day: braised pork with honey and orange sauce, ratatouille, and green lentils from Le Puy. I had Compostelle salad, lentils, local charcuterie, and cheese. For dessert, blueberry tarts (frozen, as it's not yet the season) were delicious. Simple, very well cooked, very good... all served by a refreshing, welcoming, kind, and attentive waiter with a constant smile. Georges Brassens played in the background... it all went down a treat in a family atmosphere with very... very... well, go there, you'll have a wonderful time.
