The lentil salad was simply delicious; the blend of flavors was a delight. As for the main course: a wonderful surprise, we weren't expecting that. Everyone was so attentive; they truly make it a point to ensure you enjoy your time.

Definitely worth a visit, you can go with complete confidence, but it is imperative to book. The food is fresh and deliciously prepared. Personally, I recommend the Aubrac beef tartare with its foie gras center, then the spiced shredded beef, just the way it should be, not to mention the desserts and the cheese plate, all prepared with very fresh products.

I discovered this restaurant through friends; we went there recently. The welcome was warm, the service excellent, and the food very good. Don't hesitate to go. I highly recommend this restaurant.

You could even call this restaurant bistronomic, given how beautifully presented and tantalizing the taste buds are. Be sure to book ahead, as it fills up quickly. The menus change regularly, which is a sure sign of quality. I'll be back again and again!

The menu is mouthwatering and the dishes live up to expectations. Excellent cuisine. Very good value for money. The welcome and service were impeccable. This is a place that will definitely be on our list of regular dining spots.

Finally, a restaurant worthy of the name! Everything was perfect, from the welcome to the dessert. We arrived on the evening of December 13, 2025, as a group of four couples, and we all share the same opinion. There was very little wait. We were pampered. And the dishes were not only perfect, but also beautifully presented. We were all served at the same time, which is increasingly rare. The atmosphere is friendly and full of humor. And the icing on the cake is that it's open in the evening, which is far too rare in northern Aveyron. A huge congratulations to the entire team, and we'll definitely be back very soon. We recommend it without hesitation.
